Cameron McNeill

Cameron McNeill leads new product development at Guild, a mission-driven company that partners with Fortune 1000 employers to unlock opportunity for America’s workforce through education and career mobility. He previously served on Guild’s corporate strategy team, where he led market intelligence efforts.

Cameron began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, working in the firm’s economic development and higher education practices. He later served as a fellow at the John M. Belk Endowment, a foundation that supports postsecondary education and workforce development in North Carolina.

He holds a B.A. with highest distinction in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead-Cain Scholar. A Durham native, Cameron now lives in Raleigh after spending time up and down the East Coast. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering for the Tar Heels, attempting to landscape his yard, and spending time with his partner, Caroline, and their dog, Abby.
