A Grant for Businesses to Train Employees

Now more than ever, businesses need a highly-skilled workforce that can quickly adapt to changing business conditions. In a highly competitive market, leaders who are developing their existing talent are winning and retaining a valuable workforce.

If you are a business in Wake or Johnston county with 250 employees or less, we want to connect with you! Grants up to $10,000 are available and are customized to meet your specific training needs. Through these investments, businesses can achieve higher productivity, increase profitability and reduce turnover.
