Dreama Pilson

Dreama joined CTI back in 1996. She has over 25 years of HR and organizational development experience and is an expert in creative recruitment/retention and training as well as leadership coaching. Dreama is passionate about helping employees reach their full potential and is always ready to go the extra mile for them.
Dreama maintains a close working relationship with Central Carolina Community College and also sits on several community advisory boards. Outside of CTI, Dreama enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and traveling.
