Mark Bertoncino

Mark Bertoncino leads the customer service sales team for Bühler Inc.’s Grains and Foods divisions, providing parts, services, and retrofits for industrial food manufacturing equipment. Buhler Inc. is  Bühler Group’s North American headquarters, based in Plymouth, MN. Founded in 1860, Bühler is a privately owned Swiss company with over 11,000 employees, working to create innovative solutions for safe and healthy food and feed, and ensure better mobility for the future through advanced materials.

A native of Delaware, Mark attended Virginia Tech and moved to North Carolina in 2000 to pursue a career in Surveying. This interest quickly shifted to Land Development Management, working on projects in the Raleigh area as well as Burlington. After 8 years, the softening housing market forced Mark to change careers to manufacturing sales and operations at Madern USA in Apex, and then on to Bühler in 2015. Mark is also one of the founding members and former chairman of the North Carolina Triangle Apprenticeship Program.  NCTAP is a partnership of several Triangle-area companies dedicated to workforce development through the recruitment, education, and training of talented high school students.

Mark and his wife Michelle have a daughter and twin sons, and live in southwestern Wake County.
