Capital Area Workforce Development Board is soliciting proposals for WIOA Youth Services.
Up to $2,334,354.00 (approximate) in WIOA funding is available to provide services for WIOA Youth Services in Wake, Lee, Chatham, Johnston, and/or Orange County.

The RFP release date is Wednesday, December 23, 2025.
A bidder’s conference will be held on January 2, 2026 at 10:00 am. Details are in the RFP.

Deadline for submission: February 4, 2026, by 4:00 pm. No exceptions.
