Capital Area Workforce Development is releasing a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for services provided under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. Funding is available for the WIOA Operator, Adult, DW and Youth Service Provider(s) for Wake, Johnston, Lee, Orange, and Chatham Counties for the program year starting July 1, 2023.
A bidder’s conference will be held on December 14th at 10 am. Details are in the RFP.

This WIOA Title I Adult Program bid solicitation is 100 percent supported by the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) of the USDOL as part of an award totaling $5,417,756 million.
