Danielle Sardo

Danielle’s work experience spans over 20 years, in all areas and departments of HR, including merger & acquisitions, Engagement & Diversity initiatives, and Global HR Process/Systems implementations. With the opportunity to live and work in 3 different countries (Brazil, Sweden, and US), her activities were developed in the chemical, automotive, aerospace, and biopharma industries, with global exposure.

She is a graduate of Psychology from the Federal University of Parana, Brazil, and holds several HR certifications, including a global-level certification from HR Certification Institute and senior certification from Society for Human Resources Management.

Danielle believes in creating a diversity & inclusiveness environment that promotes a high level of engagement, performance, and effectiveness in teams and organizations.
