Danielle Sardo

Danielle’s work experience spans over 20 years, in all areas and departments of HR, including mergers & acquisitions, Engagement & Diversity initiatives, Global HR Process/Systems implementations, and Global HR Business Partner roles. With the opportunity to live and work in 3 different countries (Brazil, Sweden, and the US), her activities were developed in the chemical, automotive, aerospace, and biopharma industries, with global exposure.

She is a graduate of Psychology from the Federal University of Parana, Brazil, and holds several HR certifications, including a global-level certification from the HR Certification Institute and a senior certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.
