Nicole Jarvis-Miller

Nicole Jarvis-Miller is a seasoned human resources executive with over 20 years of experience leading talent strategy, workforce transformation, and organizational development across Fortune 500 companies in retail, technology, and healthcare.

She has held senior leadership roles at Nordstrom, Advance Auto Parts, and IBM, driving measurable impact in talent acquisition, organizational change, and leadership development.  Currently, she is a Senior HR Consultant for Mass General Brigham, a leading not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system based in Boston, Massachusetts.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rutgers University.
